What is COMAX OS?
COMAX OS sits between your accounting software and your yard. It ingests PDF purchase orders, matches supplier pickup depots, tracks driver runs, and logs 30-minute site wait time penalties so your desks stay in sync.
Where does our operational data go?
All data is hosted exclusively inside Google Cloud's Sydney Region (australia-southeast1). Read our Security & Privacy Architecture for complete details.
Does AI train on my company's data?
No. We use enterprise zero-retention API endpoints for document extraction. Your purchase orders, customer lists, and pricing matrices are NEVER used to train public LLM models.
How does COMAX OS work alongside MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks?
COMAX OS parses PDF purchase orders and email attachments sent from your clients or accounting tools. Your accounting software remains your financial system of record, while COMAX OS manages the operational dispatch loop.
What does COMAX OS cost?
COMAX OS is currently in pilot with an Australian building supply group. Pricing is custom based on order volume and depot count following your pilot evaluation.
Who supports us and handles onboarding?
COMAX OS was built by Mathew Balding, Group Business Manager at a building supply group in Wagga NSW. You work directly with experienced operations specialists, not offshore support queues.
