Australian Data Residency
All customer databases, extracted purchase orders, and fleet manifests are hosted exclusively inside Google Cloud's Sydney Region (australia-southeast1). Your operational data never leaves Australian legal jurisdiction.
Zero AI Model Training
We use enterprise zero-retention API endpoints for document extraction. Your purchase order details, pricing matrices, and customer lists are NEVER used to train public LLM models.
Strict Tenant Isolation
Every database read and write is strictly isolated using server-enforced tenant scoping (tenantId). One yard cannot view or access another yard's data under any circumstance.
Encryption & Secret Management
All data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. API tokens and credentials are encrypted server-side inside Google Cloud Secret Manager with strict audit logging.

Does AI store or retain my purchase orders?
No. PDF purchase orders are parsed via secure server-side API requests. Extracted data is written directly to your isolated database, and transient files are automatically purged immediately after parsing.
What happens to our MYOB or Xero data if we cancel?
COMAX OS operates alongside your accounting software via read-only PDF and email ingestion. Your MYOB/Xero database remains untouched. If you ever cancel, you can export all your operational data in CSV format, and your account is permanently scrubbed.
Who supports us and handles our account?
COMAX OS was designed by Mathew Balding (former M365 Security Administrator certified operations manager in Wagga NSW). You deal directly with Australian operations specialists, not offshore support queues.
